History Cerrahoğlu Law Firm was founded by Prof. Dr. M. Fadlullah Cerrahoğlu in 1966 and is currently working with a staff of 55 people, 22 of such staff being full time lawyers registered with Turkish Bar Associations and some of them to New York Bar. There are also 8 associates who are not yet registered to the Bar Associations. In addition to its permanent lawyers, the office also uses independent lawyers on a continuous basis for its litigation department and various academicians who are eminent university professors as outside counsels for areas of the law such as administrative law, criminal law, labour law and taxation, as well as experts on special areas such as health legislation. The Firm has an office in Ankara, which is run by one senior and one junior lawyer. Our lawyers and associates speak English. Some of them also speak French, German and Italian.
